Discounts apply only if conference fees are paid in full on or before the discount deadline. If payment is not made on a timely basis, the discount will not apply.

Standard Cancellation/Refund Policy: 
The following policy applies to Engage 2026 registrations made during Early Bird and regular pricing periods (July 1-event).  

• On or before March 10: Full refund 
• March 11 - April 10: 50% refund 
• After April 11: No refunds will be allowed, with the exception of a medical emergency involving the attendee or the attendee’s immediate family

Super Early Bird Cancellation/Refund Policy:
The following policy applies to Engage 2026 registrations made during the Super Early Bird pricing period (June 10-30).

You can cancel your conference registration for a full refund through July 31. A 50% refund will be available for cancellations before February 28, and no refunds will be made for cancellations made after February 28. Registrations can be transferred to another member of your practice at any time. Boot Camp registration during the Super Early Bird period is fully refundable through February 28.
